At the time of their relocation to Calgary, Alberta in 1982 Dennis and wife Frances were calling and cueing for clubs on both sides of the U.S. Canadian Border.

Since moving to Calgary, Dennis and Frances now call and cue for 4 Square Dance clubs in the Calgary area at levels from Basic thru to Plus. Dennis' fine singing voice can be heard on Ocean Wave Records where he has recorded for several years.

Dennis and Frances have travelled extensively to calling engagements and have called in the USA, Hong Kong, New Zealand, United Kingdom as well as all of the Western Provinces of Canada. They currently maintain 2 Mainstream Clubs, 2 Plus Clubs and this year will be again teaching a combined beginner class for their 2 Mainstream Clubs

Frances Levitt
Frances Levitt Cueing Rounds

Frances has been cueing Rounds since 1979 and compliments Dennis' Calling by occasionally lending a hand with a singing call. Frances cues Round Dances through to Phase III at their Square Dance Clubs.

Frances started cueing Round Dances in 1979 while Dennis & Frances were Callers for the Circle Squares in Omak WA

Since that time Frances has cued at various Festivals and dances in Canada and the US and at Trail-In Dances for National Conventions. She cues dances through to Phase IV with some Phase V.

Frances is also an accomplished Clogger and does some instructional work with clogging at various weekends.

As well as cueing Round Dances at the Square Dance Clubs which Dennis and Frances call, they have Pre-Rounds at all of their dances Frances writes a lot of the round dances that she uses at the clubs they call and cue for. Frances enjoys music and if the music feels like there should be a dance to it, Frances gets busy and writes a dance. Several of these dances have been published.
